Rehearsal Attendance
Every ceremony package includes a virtual Ceremony Talk-Through meeting where we’ll review every detail of your ceremony so you’re 100% confident going into wedding day.
Packages do not include in-person attendance or rehearsal coordination (with the exception of Destination Weddings).
In-person Rehearsal coordination is subject to availability for $150 plus travel stipend (if applicable.)

The Booking Process
After we meet during your virtual Chemistry Check appointment where we'll get to know one another and where you’ll discover the ceremony package that fits you best, I’ll send over a customized proposal that includes:
a link to your Wedding Agreement spelling out all the details of your big day, fees, and what you can expect from us as your Officiant.
a link to your invoice. We require a 50% non-refundable retainer at booking to lock in your date with balance due 30 days before your ceremony.
I’ll put a courtesy hold on your date for 24 hours after which time it will become available to other couples.
Once I receive your signed Wedding Agreement and payment, you'll be officially booked and we can begin working on your ceremony right away!
Expect to Be Super-Organized!
As your Officiant it’s my job to confidently prepare you for one of the most important day of your life. I’ll be in your inbox every step of the way to keep you on track from finalizing your ceremony draft to gathering behind the scenes day-of logistics and letting you know when it’s time to apply for your marriage license.
Unlimited Access
While most Officiants meet with couples once and then again on their wedding day, you, your planner and other vendors will have UNLIMITED access to me and my staff via email, text and phone so you can be confident your wedding day will run like clockwork!
Ceremony Talk Through
As early as 2 weeks before your wedding, we’ll schedule your online Ceremony Talk Through where we’ll talk through every moment of your ceremony from walk-in to walk-out so you’ll know exactly what to expect on your big day.
The Day of Your Wedding
We’ll arrive 30 to 45 minutes before ceremony time to check in with you or your planner to review your Marriage License and get up to date with any last minute ceremony changes. We’ll also meet with your photographer and DJ to discuss cues so your ceremony runs flawlessly.
Finally, we’ll perform your ceremony. If your nerves get the best of you and you forget what to do, we’ve got you! With our years of experience you can confidently follow our lead!
After the Wedding
As your Officiant, we’re legally responsible to filing your Marriage License with the appropriate County Clerk’s office. As soon as it’s filed, which is typically the next business day, I'll send an email confirmation.
