Travel Stipend*
Venues located over 45 minutes of our 49505 or 49637 locations will require an additional travel stipend as shown below.
46 - 60 minutes: $50
1 - 1 1/2 hr: $100
1 1/2 hr - 2 hrs: $125

2 1/2- 3 hrs: $150 plus lodging

Rehearsal Attendance
Our Officiant service includes a virtual Ceremony Talk-Through, where we’ll go over every moment of your ceremony—from walking down the aisle to your grand exit—so you feel totally confident heading into the big day.
In-person rehearsal attendance is not included (except for destination weddings), but it can be added as an upgrade.
Add-on in-person rehearsal coordination: $200 (plus travel if outside service area, subject to availability)
PreMarital Counseling (1-on-1)
PreMarital Counseling is available as a standalone service or bundled with your officiant package for more value and a deeper connection heading into marriage.

Holidays
Ceremonies scheduled on major national or religious holidays are subject to a $100 holiday fee.
The Booking Process
After we connect during your virtual Vibe Check (aka our “get-to-know-you” chat) and you love how we vibe, I’ll send over an email that includes:
A link to your Wedding Agreement This outlines all the important details—your ceremony date, location, fees, and exactly what to expect from me as your officiant.
A link to your invoice To officially lock in your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your ceremony.
I’ll hold your date for 24 hours After that, it’ll open back up to other couples.
Once your payment and Agreement are in, you’re officially booked, and we can start designing a one-of-a-kind ceremony that feels 100% you.

I'll be sliding into your inbox with gentle reminders and updates—whether it’s finalizing your ceremony script, confirming day-of details, or reminding you when to apply for your marriage license. Basically? I’ve got you.
Unlimited Support Start to Finish
Unlike some officiants who check in once and then show up on wedding day, my team and I stay connected from the moment you book to your walk down the aisle.
You (and your planner or vendor team) can reach out anytime via email, text, or phone. We’re here to make sure everything runs smooth, calm, and ceremony-perfect.
Ceremony "Talk "Through
About a week out, we’ll hop on a quick call—video or audio—to walk through every moment of your ceremony.
From the first step down the aisle to your newlywed exit, you’ll know exactly what’s happening and when.
No surprises. Just confidence.
Wedding Day Vibes
We’ll arrive 45 minutes before go-time to check in with you or your planner, review the marriage license, and go over any last-minute changes.
We’ll also touch base with your photographer and DJ to make sure cues, timing, and vibes are on point!
And if nerves hit? We’ve got you.
If you blank, forget what to do, or lose your place—we’ll guide you through it all like the pros we are.
After I Do
Once you’re officially hitched, we’ll handle the legal stuff—filing your marriage license with the County Clerk’s office ASAP. You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s submitted (usually by the next business day).

What's the Difference Between the Love Story Ceremony and the Classic Ceremony?
Our Signature Love Story Ceremony is completelty written from scratch, inspired by our couple's incredible love stories. This ceremony is perfect for the couple interested in a meaningful, unforgettable ceremony experience they'll cherish forever.
Our Classic Ceremony is based on a pre-written ceremony script tailored to our couples. preference for a modern or traditional theme and does NOT include story-telling elements. This ceremony is best for the couple that doesn't feel the need for customization, feeling a basic, no frills ceremony would be a better fit.
If We Book the Classic Ceremony and Change Our Mind Later, Can We Switch to the Love Story Later?
Absolutely! If you decide you'd like to upgrade to the Love Story Ceremony, let us know, so we can adjust your invoice and give you immediate access to the Love Story questionnaire.
If We Want to Book Both The Ceremony and Premarital Counseling service, how soon do we begin our counseling sessions?
That's up to you! We typically begin 3 or 4 months before your wedding day if time allows. Appointments are conveniently scheduled on days/times that work best for you.
How Do We Book You?

After we confirm availability, we'll send you an email where you can book a free Vibe Check consult to see if we might be a good fit. And, if you already know you'd like to work together, you can forego the call and begin the booking process with 50% down and balance due 30 days before the ceremony.
